Housing Accommodation and Support for young people aged 4-18
Legacy Agency limited provides quality, evidence based semi-independence services to children and young people aged between 4 to 18 years of age. We provide medium to long term placements for children and young people.
We work closely with young people, families and health professionals to deliver the high quality support our residents need and deserve in homes that are safe and secure, with excellent facilities.
We are committed to supporting young people to make the most of their opportunities, to help them with practical skills, from cleaning, budgeting, shopping, securing work, to help with their emotional needs and their mental and physical wellbeing.
We believe that everyone deserves a home that is comfortable and one they feel proud of and we aim to provide that for our residents whilst ensure their home is perfectly suited to help build confidence and independence.
Our children will be supported in a loving and caring environment in order that they attain their developmental needs with regards to:
- Good Health.
- Education.
- Emotional and Behavioural Development.
- Identity, Family and Social Relationship.
- Social Presentation, and Self-care Skills.
